Returns
We hope your Label Society piece feels right the moment you try it on. However, if it doesn’t work out for any reason, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To request a return, please write to us at support@labelsocietyco.com with your order number. Once your request is approved, our team will arrange a free return pickup from your address.
Returns are processed once the piece reaches us and passes our standard quality checks. We kindly ask that the item be unused, with all tags intact, and returned in its original packaging.
Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that a ₹100 return handling charge will be deducted from the refund amount to partially cover shipping and processing costs. Refunds are typically processed within 4–5 business days after the return is approved.
Exchanges
If you love the piece but need a different size, we’re happy to assist with a size exchange for the same style.
To request an exchange, please email us at support@labelsocietyco.com with your order details, the reason for exchange, and the size you’d like instead. Subject to availability, our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange a pickup from your address.
